Lara Goncebat

Lara is a joint PhD student in Chemistry at the Universidad Nacional del Litoral (UNL) and Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB). Her research focuses on the computational modelling of carbon-based materials and their applications in electrocatalysis, with particular emphasis on graphene quantum dots and transition-metal systems. Her work combines first-principles calculations with machine learning approaches to investigate and predict the physicochemical properties of molecular and materials systems.
