Charlotte Titeca
Biography
Charlotte pursued a master of Chemistry at KU Leuven, during which she performed an internship at the ALGC group. In November 2021, she started an FWO funded joint PhD at the ALGC group and the Theory of Unbound Electrons group (KU Leuven). Her research focusses on the development of computational and conceptual DFT methods for the description of temporary anions, which will be coded into the Q-Chem software package. Later on in the PhD, she aims to use these methods to describe micro-solvated anions and radiation-induced DNA and RNA damage.
